If you’re not sure what you will need to achieve your long term goals, you can book in for a FREE 20 minute assessment with one of our physiotherapists and they can help customize a mix and match package. The assessment will provide you with time to meet your physiotherapist, discuss your history and explain what you’d like to achieve by visiting a physiotherapist. The physio will also spend some time assessing your function and recommending a long term management plan. This assessment is free and there is no obligation to continue after the assessment if you choose not to.
